I went to them because my sister went there a year ago & her box braids were beautiful. First, I was told to come on a Sunday at 3:30 & when I got there my braider wasn't there. She didn't come in until 5pm. I wasn't out of the shop until 1am Monday. The braids turned out nice, but by Thursaday three braids had came out in the back and one in the front. I went up there Saturday & the lady who did my braids said because my hair was short...why didn't you say that first before I got the braids. She said she was too busy & that I had to come back another day. I called back later to come Sunday & she said she would be too tired & to come next weekend. No...you took my $200 & can't fix 4 braids! I will not come back.
