Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

I've been to alot of Starbucks in my day. Usually they're consistently customer service oriented, with the exception to the one nearest me of which I visit on a regular basis (average 3-4 times a week), until now. The incident I had the other day with this particular location has me vowing to never buy product from them again, including the store bought coffee which I purchase weekly. A quick synopsis, on an every other day basis I drive through and order my coffee at this specific location as it's en route to the gym and I have been doing this for years. In particular about a year ago they hired a woman named Misty who claims to be manager of the store and since her arrival customer service has taken a dive, it takes alot longer to get my coffee and staff seem hardly tolerable of pleasant greetings through the window. I ordered my coffee, and told them I was in a bit of a hurry, and I was. I was informed by the girl that so was everyone else and when they got done making their coffee, I'd get mine. Easily she could have stated they would do their best in getting me my drink, I'd have been happy enough knowing they were trying whether I received it in a timely manner or not. Often when driving through I will be the only one in line and they seem in no big hurry to getting around to making my coffee (instead chatting it up with each other and then casually they make they're way over to starting my beverage) and several minutes later, way more than necessary, I finally get my coffee. It's a bit infuriating considering I drive through instead of go in for a reason, I'm heading to a destination and don't have time to stop, park, go in and order. Yesterday after placing my order, dealing with the rude person on the other end, I pulled up to be greeted by the manager (Misty) who told me that other people have to wait, so will I and she didn't need my business and I could go to the other Starbucks in town if I didn't like it. I told her I had been coming there for years and it would be nice to just get decent customer service, she told me she'd never seen me there before this week (how that matters I have no clue) but again reiterated she didn't want my business. When I got home, I called the store location to get the contact information for the district manager, I believe it was Misty who answered the phone, said she was too busy to give me that information and with a long drawn out BYYYYYeee...hung up on me. Needless to say it doesn't seem logical to buy their products any longer. I don't believe this location is a true reflection of how Starbucks intends to treat their customers, but seeing as how she continues to "manage" that location, it's a sign to me they're seriously slacking in well trained management which ends up trickling down to employees and effecting business. I spend no less than 1500.00 there annually (at that location) but I will never give them another penny of my money and I hope you won't either~!!!
