Hello Mr. Bell, I am a lifelong resident of Conway, Arkansas, a third generation of our University of Central Arkansas and an individual that has worked hard in Faulkner County for over 28 years.

I went to your accounting company upon the recommendation of friends and when I met Jennifer I was very impressed and gladly handed over my business to your company.

Well, that is where my good impression stopped. I took my 2011 taxes in to be amended in the first part of November 2013 and paid a $450 retainer fee, and then another $180 in January 2014. My taxes were still not done when I turned in my 2012 to be amended upon their recommendation and my 2013 with all of my paper work organized and ready to go, to simply be submitted to the IRS.

Well, on April 12th I get a call saying ALL my tax papers are ready to sign and I only owe $1,200 more to get them submitted??? Really??

I called and said you will have to file an extension because I'm a Commissioned sales person and don't have that extra money in the spring.

When I asked why the bill was so high after I had already paid close to $650 already. They said it took 6 hours @ $95 per hour to do my 2013 personal taxes. Really!??? It took an accountant that long???

This is a disgrace to the late Donna Stephens business..... And that is not the worst of it!! The worst of it is BONNIE!! I have never been treated more rudley or made to feel more inferior and like a common criminal or something! That is the worst part! The way you treat customers defines your business!!!! If you are are going to have someone like Bonnie run your business, you might as well move right back to NLR. In Conway, we are used to being treated with respect! This is a small town still and people like her that talk to down to others and belittle others only make your business look worse than it is. I question every bill I have ever received from your firm and will show my personal attorney as well.

I was billed $250 just to show up and be told how I was going to pay my bill.... That is a disgrace......

Much luck to your business in Conway, AR. You will not receive any recommendations from me and I will tell my friends the same, mostly because of the rude treatment I received from Bonnie! Might want to check that out by way
