Being a businessman myself, I am always alert to how other businesses react to their customers...sometimes the customer does not give themselves the right to be wrong as in saying negative comments regarding the Plant Outlet...I have observed the employees there to be very friendly and courteous to the customers and to myself as well...I say it is a great place to shop for top quality products and service....Jim Raney... My Daughter (who is 24 and a college Graduate) called The Plant Outlet to ask a simple question about a rose I am wanting. The man who answered the phone was very short, rude, and unhelpful. He told her he did not have time to answer her question and she just needed to come and look for what she was wanting. What "I" am wanting is a specific old time large rose that I can get to fill up a new 150 rose garden I just had built in my yard. You can bet on it I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS NURSERY! Being a jerk just lost you business.
