What a nightmare. I wish I would have heard the stories about this place before we moved in. All they care about is money. We should have taken a hint when they practically begged us to move in... Multiple people have been ripped off for thousands of dollars from this dump after being threatened with legal action. Horrible staff, racist. The two older ladies that run the office do not care about their tenants; they are just waiting with a smile to screw you over to help their bottom line.



Parking is horrendous, good luck finding a spot inside the gates after 10 pm. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors getting it on multiple times only to be woke up at 7am by lawn mower at our window. Dishwasher didn't work even though they came out to "fix" it multiple times.
