★☆☆☆☆ I just called to get my 2015 Chrysler 200c windows tinted and the women answering the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. I asked if they had a night drop box for me to leave my keys in like the other window tinting place and she said if that made me feel more comfortable I should go with them. WOW I was simply asking how I would drop the car off and get my keys to them. She told me I could drop the car off after hours and bring the keys by during working hours. That is when I asked if they had a night deposit box. I would think twice before using such a rude business. I hate to think what would happen if I would have got tinting and had a concern. Are they THAT defensive with everything. Terrible needless to say I will take my car somewhere else. She stated she was the owner.

This business is the best tint shop in central Arkansas. The customer service is second to none. These guys are the most pleasant people to work with.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced ANYWHERE. EVER. I made an appointment to have my entire vehicle tinted. After an hour drive, I was welcomed by high school kids and their friends running the business.



The tint I wanted, and reserved, was not available. So I only got my windshield tinted.



After coming back to pick up my vehicle, I was rudely told to leave and to "get my sh** and get out" because I recommended the business carrying more products. I was also told by the owner that I was "lucky" for receiving this terrible service.

But, before leaving, I was chased out by the OWNER and she literally punched my vehicle.



I understand people have bad days, but there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to ever treat a customer with this disrespect.



The prices were better than anyone in town. But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND A DIME AT THIS BUSINESS.
