Excellent Customer Service & Great Selection

I just had a going away party for my girlfriend at Oak Street Bistro. Barbara was very helpful in executing the centerpieces and fresh lei. They had a huge selection to choose from and were able to order orchids and other tropicals flowers. I will absolutley be back for my daughters wedding in 2014!

I have a bride who came to you for a Bouquet for her bridal portraits which were shot on Monday, September 19th. Her name is****** *****. I am her wedding planner, and contacting you on her behalf, as she is not one for confrontation. We had spent months pouring over bouquets, looking for the perfect romantic, loose organic look to match her vintage romance design. This is her recount of what she ordered:

When I placed the order, I asked for dahlias, roses, hydrangeas, in a very loose and romantic medium sized bouquet. I showed them this picture as well: http://pinterest.com/pin/140820491/

She typed it into their computer and included a note that I wanted only shades of white and ivory. She warned me that they may only be able to get dahlias that had lavender or pink shades and said if they couldn't get white or cafe au lait dahlias they would use daisies and then use button mums to hide the dark centers. What I picked up on the day of my portraits was a tight bouquet of roses, hydrangeas, mums, and daisies.

I ordered and picked up the bouquet from the Tipton - Conway, AR location.

When she sent me the link to her bridal portraits on Wednesday night, I was appalled at what she received from your shop, and asked her why the florist gave her a bouquet of gerber daisies - as we have never discussed using gerbers before (and when she originally explained "faking dahlias" it used shasta daisies with the button mums in the center, not gerber).

I would like to speak to someone about what happened to the bouquet she requested, and I have enclosed two shots of the bouquet she received. We were going to use the bridal portrait bouquet as the model for what her wedding day bouquet would look like, and now we do not have that to work from.

If this is a customary practice for your company, I will most definitely not be sending any of my clients to your shop for any floral needs.

I can be reached at 501-673-4023

(Instead of contacting me, they contacted the bride directly, and informed her that her bouquet was beautiful, and asked if her intention was just to let them know of the discrepancy)

When I called to address this, I was given a very fake passive aggressive voice and dismissed as if my future client's business was of no concern to them. I will NEVER use this company, as they do not bother to follow the requested design - nor feel any true remorse when dealing with valid customer complaints. We aren't talking about a bridezilla with the wrong shade of Pink. Complete change of shape, style AND flower.
