I respectfully disagree with the above review. I submitted an online order the Sunday of a holiday weekend. I got a call on that sunday, even though the shop was closed and the following day was a Monday holiday. It was a call from the owner herself. She talked me throught the details of the flower arrangement, offered me alternatives and discussed the delivery.

What was then delivered was extraordinary. My friend who received it, a very discriminating gentleman, guessed it was twice it's value. I would recommend this shop to anybody!

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEIR FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE HIDEOUS, THEY ARE RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY VERBALLY ATTACK YOU AND INSULT YOUR CHARACTER. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT, GO TO ANOTHER FLORIST THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR PATRONAGE.
