The man owner is ignorant and knows nothing about the business. I've called twice to find out about a wig that was supposed have been ordered for 2 two weeks ago. The girl that took my order was not in both times I've called, he said I don't know nothing. I told him I needed to find out if it was even ordered, if it hasen't been ordered then I may need to go find one somewhere else, his response was "yes go buy from somewhere else"! Very poor business.
I would not tell my best friend or anyone else to shop there...very arrogant!

I have been a patron of this place for years... YEARS. and I despise going in when the Asian man is working. He tells the sales girls to watch you like you are on the Americas Most Wanted List. He, himself stares at every move you make. I am afraid to even scratch my nose in that store because of him.
I was in the store the other day when my husband took the hair piece I selected to the counter to pay for it, I took my small child by the hand and was walking him outside because he was antsy. The sales girl shouted across the store, " HEY!!! WHERES THAT WIG YOU HAD????!!! I was mortified! I swore that id never go back in that place again.
They have a great selection but do yourself a favor and visit another place .. there are tons at the beach approximately 12 minutes away.
Never, NEVER again!!! I hate that I had to give them even ONE star!

On 7/29/2012 we went to this store because we heard that they sell extensions for a good price. We went in and a young black girl helped us, she was nice enough and showed us a REALLY NICE pair of extensions for 79.99, which is dirt cheap, she even checked the price with an older Asian women with short hair who appeared to have been working there for a long time, she said the price of 79.99 was correct. We asked them to hold the extensions until Tuesday - 7/31/2012 - which they agreed to do. When we returned on 7/31/2012, we asked about the extensions (which, by the way, had no price tag and were still on the hanger even though we had asked them to hold them???), the "manager" hastily told us the girl had quoted us wrong and that they were actually 129.99. As a manager of a store for several years, I would ALWAYS honor the price an employee gave the consumer, or at least offer a discount. He told us he could go no lower and acted very rude as though he was doing US a favor for giving us the extensions for 50 dollars more then they told us they would cost originally. With that we told him we were going to the better business bureau, which he responded have fun to, and left to go there. We filled out a report. A few days later, we purchased extensions elsewhere, and returned to AJA for clips because they were MUCH cheaper there. We purchased the clips and said thank you for quoting us the wrong price to the Asian women, who SCREAMED AT US to get out when we were doing nothing wrong. With that, we left the store. The manager FOLLOWED US OUT TO OUR CAR AND PROCEED TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE LICENSE PLATE AND THE CAR!!!!! Now, we were doing nothing wrong, other than purchasing things from their store!!!! Not to mention, he watched us the entire time we were getting the clips, like we were trying to steal them? I returned to better business bureau and filled yet another report. Yesterday, I received the response to my first report. They claimed the employee had recommended we come back Tuesday and that the owner "Explained" the price to us and had offered us a discount. Now they lie to the BBB too? I am still waiting to receive a response to the second report. Needless to say, I will be writing a review on EVERY review sight I can find to let people know what theives this so called "business" is... who lies and harasses their costumer (is it because we were white...???????!!!!) and lies to the BBB..... RIDICULOUS! Never go to this store.
