Our team of highly skilled and knowledgeable staff specialize in quilting and sewing services that include quilting, embroidery, smocking, memory quilts and lessons. Although we prefer to teach people how to sew, quilt or embroider, we do provide some sewing services. We take pride in giving back to the next generation by providing FREE classes to children and teenagers. Call today for free estimate and information! Broken into 3 parts; 1. provide a variety of sewing classes (call for appointment) 2. provide a variety of fabric and materials for purchase 3. make custom quilts and do custom machine embroidery CLASSES -Beginner Sewing: $65 This class is designed for one day or a day and a half or however long it takes for you to finish the material. You learn how to use your machine including threading, filling bobbin, place the bobbin correctly, sewing a straight seam, finding out what your machine can do including your own samples to place in your booklet for later reference. Then you make a pillow or a tote bag (everything included in the $65). -Beginner Smocking (geometric smocking): $25 The class includes different geometric stitches. Kit includes a pleated piece to practice on, embroidery floss, needles and instruction booklet. -Picture Smocking (also called stacked smocking): *price varies You usually learn this on a project you are working on or have a pleated piece to practice different ones on. -Youth Sewing: FREE! Children and teenagers can learn for free with purchase of materials from us
