My closing went smoothly enough but the closing papers were unreadable due to low ink in their printer??? An additional money due charge was incorrect but 5 months later the money was returned to me via the party I previously paid. The team should have done their homework about this overcharge. One or two of the people who answer the phone are clearly abrupt and almost rude.

They got the job done, but seriously lack communication skills. A paying customer should not have to beg for updates on their case. If you call the office, they just tell you someone will call you back. 9 times out of 10, they never call you back. I dont plan on using this office again simply because of the added stress and frustration.
