The way to clear Vision

I love how Dr. Pandya took time with my son and made him feel comfortable
She was very attentive to his needs and that staff were exceptionally pleasant!

Pandya is an atrocious ophthalmologist. She has no sense of professionalism or how to treat patients with respect. Additionally, Pandya does not respect patients' privacy on exemplifies a discourteous attitude. She is HORRIBLE!
She is always in a rush to take another patient and only wants your money.

Dr. Pandya has taken steps to pretty up her offices, including painting, new furniture and a spiffy huge bigscreen TV with cable for the lobby. In addition she has taken me on as a patient who has less than topnotch insurance. I can understand some negative reviews, but she is serving more patients than any 2 doctors I ever saw, I keep track of her recommendations and this lady knows her business.

This is one of the worst physicians I have ever been to. Her office is nasty. You have to wait for over an hour for each appt. I went there for dry eye and had to make WEEKLY appointments. She would have me come in, charge for one test, give me some drops and tell me to try them out and to come back in a week. This went on for two months with relief. Then she said she wanted to do a test that was not covered under my insurance so I paid for it and I don't even know what the test was for. I think I paid over $400 in copays in that short time. Then she scheduled for another test and for my vision test for my glasses. I waited almost two hours for this appt. They did the test and then came back and said they were too busy for the vision and I would have to reschedule. I spent hundreds of dollars never got any relief. Then I went to Emory and within two hours then diagnosed me with Fuch's dystrophy. And to top it off, yesterday one year and four months after I stopped seeing her I got a statement in the mail (marked current) that I owed for $43 for bills from June and July 2013. I sent a scathing letter and requested my entire billing account. I think I am going to report her but I have yet to decide. She has no business practicing and reminds me of a scam artist.

This doctor provided the worse service I have ever received. She would not provide a refraction for my 16 year old daughter without me payinf a $35.00 fee. She said Aetna no longer paid for refractions. Well i paid but I contacted Aetna who told me she billed them for the same refraction that I paid cash for. She is a crook as far as I am concerned and more worried about the money than providing good service. By the way she will not refund my money.
