I was seen by Dr. Patel at he Conyers office. He is only in the Conyers office on Thurs. I was very displeased with Dr. Patel's service. He let me know in so many words that I am one of many patients and he only had but so much time to give me his service. .He told me he only does paperwork as a courtesy and he isn't required to do paperwork by law. I choose this office because they are a worker's compensation doctor office. With that being said paperwork is a requirement when doing worker's compensation. I explained to him the agency I work for can put you through changes when to worker's compensation. He told me he has done this many times with no problems and I must be the Manager I have. He also mention that they didn't pay his salary. I am the patient trying handle what has required of me, I don't expect to have these challenges with my doctor. When I spoke up to try to handle my situation he told me he isn't going to argue with me. Although Dr. Patel did do my paperwork I don't feel I need to see a doctor that makes my situation more stressful than it is.



After attending another podiatrist I really realize what poor service I received. My new podiatrist ask many questions and listen to my question without making me feel she was rushing. Showed me exactly what was happening with my foot. Filled out my paperwork without a complaint. Explained to me what could be done to make my case with worker's comp a smoother process.



I wouldn't recommend Dr. Patel of Ankle & Foot Centers Of Georgia.
