When the AC went out just months after moving in and despite that I had an independent HVAC company inspect the AC and confirm that it wasn’t working properly, Pat claimed that the AC was working and that no other repairs were needed. In one confrontational text, she typed that neither she nor the landlord were responsible for providing a working AC if there were screens on the windows. After months of enduring 80˚-plus inside temperatures, we were finally able to convince Pat to install fans throughout the house, which we appreciated, and during our second summer in the house, an attic fan, also appreciated, but both did little to help with the high inside temperatures. We had to purchase several portable AC window units just to keep the house livable for our two daughters, which caused our electricity costs to skyrocket . We even submitted a letter from our daughter's pediatrician stating the dangers of the higher temperatures on our daughter's health, but this did not move Pat to have the AC fixed properly. On top of all that, we could not use the master shower for over a year because Pat refused to have a crack in the bottom of the shower stall repaired. During our move-out inspection, Pat’s primary business partner came to inspect the house with me present. She did not mark any damages on the move-out inspection except for some scuffed or oily marks behind the oven on the wall in the kitchen. We both signed the move-out inspection, but three weeks later, I received a letter from the owner indicating that only $525 of our $1,350 security deposit would be returned to us, partly because of an almost $700 charge for “painting and cleaning.” When I reached out to Pat about this situation and asked for her to intervene with the owner, instead of trying to make the situation right, she said that she had heard from the new renter that I was bad-mouthing her company to him. I told the potential renter the truth—nothing less, nothing more.

Horrible. They will not repair anything. I lived an entire year in the house without a working icemaker and grill. Constant water leaks, covered up but not repaired. Never rent anything from this company! I cleaned the entire house to include carpets and was not given a full refund. I was told ot contact the owner if I had issues. The property management is company is responsible for returning my deposit, not the owner. I was deducted because the carpets smelled like dogs in one of the rooms, yet I paid a 1,000 pet deposit fee. What was that money used for if they still deducted more money for carpet cleaning in one room. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
