I have an old HP 3180 that I had just put in some new cartridges that I had recently purchased from Cartridge World in Conyers, GA. It printed fine for only one day and I got an error message that indicated that there was a problem with the color cartridge. I tried to resolve this issue by myself for a few hours with no success. In frustration, I unplugged the printer from the computer as well as the power plug and took the printer to Cartridge World and explained the situation. I know that I could purchase a new printer and ink cartridges for less than $100, but I really do like this printer. They took my printer in the back and cleaned the ink wells and cleaned up the printer and did not charge me a thing. Thereby saving me the trouble and the expense of buying a new printer. I brought the printer back home and plugged everything back in and it seems to work perfectly. Thanks Cartridge World - - - EXCELLENT Customer Service and I am a VERY HAPPY customer!!!
