Provided by SuperpagesWhen I tell you the most disturbing experience at this location ever. I came a couple of days earlier to set up an appointment. That wasn't honored. When i returned for my appointment guy Barnett whom made my appointment acted like a over sized female child. Yelling and creating drama so early in the morning. No one seem to even care how he was making me feel. Cool I will find someone to listen. Even after all the drama I talked to 3 people about my car. And a 4th person even can asking yet again what I was having done to my car. These people are giving my an attitude because I guess big baby is upset. But what about honoring your commitment, being professional, doing your job correct the first time. None of which any of this was done.

Provided by YPmobileConyers Nissan has the worst service department in the,Atlanta metropolitan area. Please do not do business with them. They have falsified information on my service report and refuse to give me an explanation. I decided to move on to a more professional establishment like Stone Mountain Nissan.

Provided by YPmobileSold my daughter a used truck. Got home and looked it over and found poorly repaired damage. Pulled the car fax report off their website and found the truck had been seriously wrecked twice. They claimed they didn't know, even though the report came from their site! Buyer beware!

Provided by YPmobileRecently purchased a new vehicle from Conyers Nissan and had a great experience with the dealersip and sales associates. They did not have the car I wanted but found it at another location and had it sent over. Great customer service.

Provided by YP.comI dealt with a sales associate named, Marvin. I basically told him that I lived 3 hours away and would be coming up there to purchase a vehicle form them. I told him I would bring a cashiers check, etc. I faxed over an insurance card for the vehicle to verfiy that I had placed insurance on the car. After 2 hours into my trip, I called to let him know that I was running a little later than expected. I was then informed that they had another potential buyer there attempting to buy the car at the dealship during my call. He said that he would call me as soon as they knew something. I HAD ALREADY DRIVEN 2 HOURS AND WAS ON THE WAY THERE TO PURCHASE THE CAR! I then spoke with the general manager, Chris Cooper, who explained that they do not 'hold' cars for people and that if I wanted the car, I should have made a deposit. I was NEVER informed that would be necessary. I would have surely done so that make a 4 hour round trip unneccesarily. I was told that all I would need would be the funds for the vehicle, an ID and an insurance card. The whole ordeal was vwery, very shady. They have really poor business practice and are more concerned about making a quick buck rather than customer loyalty. NOT the kind of folks you want to do business with!
