I bought a Kirby from door sales person a year ago and they lied to make the sale. It's a good vacuum but it's not worth the price and I'm stuck paying on it for another year to keep my credit score decent. They knew I would use it for my cleaning business also, but before leaving said that if I had issues that using it for my business would void the warranty. My home has all hardwood floors, so there is no mistaking my need for it. Didn't think of posting review until now, so here it is! Also said if I broke belt I could have it for free, since the belt is supposed to be pretty durable, and I've been through three so maybe they could make good on that promise since they didn't make good on the year worth of free bags? The lady did bring me three bags, which is NOT a year supply of free vacuum bags. DO NOT LIE to make sales. It's simple. This is the address listed on the contact.
