Provided by YP.comMy wife accidentally starting putting regular gas in her diesel Chevy duelie while at a horse show this past weekend (beware the green handles at BP stations). Thankfully she didn't start it and AAA towed it to this dealership. They charged her $300 labor to siphon her tank and $100 to change her fuel filter which didn't need to be changed because she never started the engine. Total bill $430 for 30 min job. i called and spoke with the service manager who was rude and unapologetic. Bottom line, they took advantage of a woman in distress. i wouldn't use this dealership's bathroom much less their service, parts or sales department.
I apologize that you feel the price your wife was charged for the service she received on her Dually Diesel was to high. When it comes to putting the wrong fuel in a vehicle its not a simple process. Since we warranty the work we perform we have to make sure we cover all the bases set forth by GM to make sure the vehicle runs as it did before the incident. It is our policy that when customers bring their vehicle in for service before we can address their concern we must have the customers permission. We explain to our customers the work we recommend, The estimated cost, Why we feel its necessary and the estimated time it will take to repair the vehicle based on GM Standards. Our customers don't like surprises and neither do we. Sometimes, we encounter more work that's needed. If, that happens we immediately contact the customer to make them aware of our current findings. If our Service Manager was rude in anyway and or Service Advisor didn't take the time to explain any of the work to be performed with an estimated cost .Please contact me directly. Provided by YP.comI bought a Mercedes (perfect) and my wifes BMW 7 series ( not so much) from John Miles in Conyers. Our BMW transmission went out 2 months later. The BMW dealer I took it to called them and they took care of it! We didnt buy an extended warranty because my brother in law works for BMW.( We will next time) But the 3mth warranty that was included with our purchased saved us over $3,000! John Miles is alright in book!
I will buy from them again. I will and have told my friends.

Provided by YPmobileBought a vehicle from here, check engine light came on the night I purchased it. The transmission went out the next day. Its been in and out of the shop for the same problem repeatedly. The service dept. Are extremely rude and do not return phone calls. Check engine light is still on BTW!!
