Best store around, Big selection of almost everything, Very helpful staff. One of the best store I have been to ever.

I have been driving completely out of my way to buy hookah products at this store and then finally bought a dusty hookah from the store and when I got ready to wash it before using it, I realized that it's broken. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! A waste of money every single time I go to them!! And to sell me a $100 broken hookah, they've gotten over on me for the LAST time!!

it is one of the best places I have been to get any of my tobacco needs. They have the best customer service, and the employees know allot about what they are selling. Reading the other reviews, I have seen the sign that states NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES!!! Also I have bought many things from them and if there is a problem with something you bought it is a manufacturer problem, they only sell the product not make it, so manufacturer warranty means the manufacturer that made it will replace it!!!

I purchased a vaporizer from this store that didn't work right out of the box. Once they verified it wasn't working, the clerk informed me to call the manufacturer and told me "it was not ther problem. It was my problem." I will never go there again. Note: There are no signs in the store or on the receipt that states that all sales are final. They just won't honor the crap they sell.

I purchased a glass tobacco pipe here from a young gentleman and got home with it to find that there is no hole in the bowl to draw from. When I call and talk with Sonia at Just Smoke to see about exchanging it for one that actually works she jumps on me with her only defense which is " you didn't buy it from me because I would have checked for that" and so I guess it is MY fault that the young tall slim gentleman did not check to see if it actually had a hole in it...so they refuse to refund or exchange the defective pipe...really??? What's funny is the pipe cost $4.99...LOLOLOLOL
