Really disappointed in them today took my 2 grand babies and spent 26 dollars to hear them cry cause they didn't understand why the play ground was locked ask to unlock was told it should be unlocked when wasn't was told by same manager no key when we asked for a high chair they unlocked it to get one really felt unwelcome so called the we care number and the manager was called to ask why and she said because of a problem with room smoked up and that was untrue and on top of that 2 boys were told no boy toys so they were giving girl toys and when I complained they brought them boy toys REALLY.
