MD Pain Care has treated me like family. They understand all my pain issues and help me in every way possible. The team team that works with me makes sure I'm comfortable and treated best as possible. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing pain.

The staff is very unprofessional! The Office Manager has NO bed side manner for the type of pain patients come here for. My mother tried to reschedule an appointment and was told she had to come in even though she notified the office she had a fever and was vomiting. When we arrived my son pushed my mother inside in her wheelchair. I parked the car. When I came in the waiting room I handed my mother a trash can in case she vomited again. Then we were called back to a room. There we were told how unprofessional our behavior was in the waiting room! Then the Office Manger storms out when my mother and I want to ask her questions like why did you say you would call us back on the phone and you have yet to do so? The next time we see her she is presenting us with a dismissal letter from the practice stating because the PA Lindsey heard my mother and I being unprofessional in the waiting room. I would like to see the security camera footage on that, because if handing a sick women a trash can is unprofessional, no wonder I am writing this negative review about a doctors office that does NOT care about its patients! We then asked to speak directly to Dr. Tally and we were told he would not speak with us. So patients are NOT valued here at all! Beware!

Excellent. That's the only word to describe MD Pain Care. I've been taking my Mother to Dr. Talley for 11 years and I have to say I'm still just as impressed today, 11 years later, as I was the first time I arrived. Dr. Talley is kind and understanding with perfect bedside manner. Out of all the staff members I've seen chime and go, Stacy, is my favorite after Hugo. I highly recommend MD Pain Care to anyone suffering from chronic back and neck pain.

Dr. Talley and his staff are the best of the best! You will not find anyone more attentive, more gentle, more focused or more knowledgeable. If you suffer from chronic pain, this is the place to start getting your life back!! I am more than a patient to them, I am member of their extended family...
