Jason is AWESOME. I just got my 1st tattoo. My 50th birthday. Yes I waited a long time. Jason made me feel comfortable and helped me to not be so nervous and the tattoo turned out beautifully Thank you Jason.

Staff is not knowledgeable regarding correct size jewelry for piercings. I bought the wrong size gauge for a piercing based off the salesman's recommendation. I asked a series of questions and pointed to another size I thought might be more appropriate but he insisted on the smaller choice. The ring was too small and ended up falling out and getting lost. When I went back I asked the person who sold me the ring if he would comp another ring of equal or lesser value since he sold me the wrong size. He scoffed and said no. I was originally going to buy the ring online but decided to support a local business. They do not value new customers here. Bad business.

Clean place, friendly staff! It was my first time here, but my 8th tattoo. This place made me wonder why I had ever gone anywhere else. Will definitely go back for all of my future tattoos!

Cory did my two tattoos and also my sisters tattoo. He listened and was very, very professional. Andy was also very helpful with ideas before I got my tattoo. Keep up the great work guys!

As someone who was getting their first tattoo, I went in expecting the artist to listen to what I wanted and be understanding and try to work with me. NOT the case. if you're smart, you'll pick anywhere but here to get tattooed. The guy who tattooed me was obviously trying to rush me into a decision when I asked his opinion about the placement of the tattoo. When I failed to make a decision in the 2 minutes he expected, he became annoyed and sulky and started texting on his phone while I sat in the chair. When I made up my mind, all of 5 minutes later, he hurriedly placed the stencil on me. When the stencil was obviously crooked, I asked him nicely to re-place it. I mean, this IS permanent. He got annoyed again, but did it. It was straight, and he proceeded to tell me that I was 'really making him work for his money.' He took about 5 minutes, wrapped my finger, and that was the end. Seriously, the worst service I've ever received. If he had been a waiter somewhere, or a cashier, he would be fired immediately for his lack of people skills.



Just think twice before going here.

Very professional with super cool people. Have had all my tats done by one of the artist there and each visit never disappoints.



Environment is very clean. No dirty posters on the wall or anything like that so no worries if you bring the mother.
