My alternator on my 1999 Suburban gave out on the way to work and since Olympic is a 2 minute walk from my workplace I limped it in there, and they replaced it that day while I was at work. I also had them set the timing on the same vehicle after I replaced the broken distributor. They have been honest and fair with me and gave me good advice on an emissions problem I was having as well. I recommend them.

I am very disappointed in this company. I took my car to them to find out why I was having an issue with my tires, and they came back and told me that I had an issue that needed repairing immediately. I had to borrow money to get the repairs done, which was not easy, but I was afraid to drive after that. Not long after I got back on the road, the problem started again. I pulled over and had my car towed to the nearest service center just to find out that my rim was bent and my tire was going flat, so it all I needed to do was get a new tire and rim, and my problem was solved. When I attempted to get my money back, let's just say, it was a losing battle. I am so hurt and mad all at the same time. Don't go to these people. They are a scam.
