I have had very good experiences with this particular panera and I have had poor experiences. The food is always delicious but the service varies. I go through the drive thru most of the time and I have noticed the experience inside can be very different.

The manager, Grey, goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and want to return. My green tea and bagels are always consistent and to my liking.
