This office does business the old fashioned way, that is to say, I call and get a real person and not a recording and never have to push a bunch of numbers and wait. I changed my insurance to State Farm after 30 years with another company. I have had many times when I needed help understanding what my insurance covered. This is the first insurance agency where they explained to me exactly what I had and what I didn't have in coverage on my cars, made suggestions and then let me decide what I wanted. There was no pressure to over sell me stuff I didn't want. As a matter of fact, the lady who helped me said that she wanted to make sure that I was not under insured OR over insured and I appreciate that kind of honesty. I have the same lady who takes care of me everytime I go in and she knows me and always asks how I am and is very friendly. This is a comfortable no pressure place to go and buy insurance. I like the fact that they put up a Christmas Tree every year too. Very nice down to Earth folks.
