I worked at Ashley warehouse for a number of years. Kevin Seargent claims to be a good Christian man but at the same time he will have his employees lie to customers to avoid swapping out furniture. You may think you are getting new furniture. A lot of it has been repaired and sold as new. If you have a problem with a piece and they tell you they will swap it out for a new one. Haha! TELL THEM YOU WANT IT DELIVERED STILL IN THE FACTORY PACKAGING! Another tip, put a tiny mark somewhere on the piece they say they will swap for new. That way when it comes back you can make sure they didn't just fix it and give it back. Most of all, don't let them take your old piece until they bring the new one. I wish I could write all of my experiences down but it would be too long an I have a feeling people wouldn't believe it because of how horrible some things are. Happy shopping.
