Bullington Repair worked on our camper awning which had one of the arms bent in a storm. We wanted to replace only the damaged arm. But Bullington would only warranty their work if both were replaced. Motor kept blowing fuse, so they recommended replacing motor, and rewiring due to a short ($335.51 + labor). The company did give us the option of claiming the damaged arm and the one good one, but could not produce the "burnt" awning motor. Even though they kept the old arms for us, they tossed the "burnt" motor into the garbage. REPUTABLE REPAIR COMPANIES WILL PRODUCE ALL BAD PARTS AT THE CLOSE OF THE DEAL. Now, to us, it just looks like the motor may have been okay... or even if a new motor was installed... or if the old motor was in good shape to be used in the future by Bullington Repair Shop. Their bad decision. The awning does work. Only 1 star because of their bad decision and the original verbal quote double in price by the time we picked up our camper.

This group of professional mechanics went beyond the call to get my son-in-law back on the road. Before the truck was hauled they actually came to my home in their lunch hour to take a look at the truck. My son-in -law was most impressed with their prompt and professional service. Once you visit Judd and his team you will never look for another shop. These guys now how to treat a customer. They are one of the few businesses who truly appreciate their customers. From the free vehicle pick up and drop off to staying late because you have to have it done today these guys are great. I currently have my personal vehicles and my big truck serviced and repaired at Bullington Repair Shop. They offer excellent turn around times and have a dedicated quick service bay for small items such as oil changes and brakes. Give Judd a chance and I promise you will not be disapointed.

This is by far the best group of guys i have ever dealt with. This is the only shop I have ever felt completly comfortable trusting there diagnosis and repair. I never feel like they are just out to sell me unneded things. They are number 1 at customer service and truky want your business.



Another added bonus is they service autos and heavy duty trucks. They are the only shop in town who can truly be a one stop shop.

The guys at Bullington Repair Shop know how to get you in and out at a fair price. They were extremely nice and conducted all the business in a professional manner. Even though I came in broken down off the road they treated me as if I were one of their regular customers. I would recommend these guys to anyone out there looking for a truck repair shop in the middle tn area. Thanks again Bullington Repair Shop!!
