This is a great theatre for this area, I recommend it highly for great entertainment, and only complaint the concession stand is a little overpriced on drinks & popcorn, and wish they would add hotdogs to the menu!

I took my wife on New Years day to see Twilight at 1:30. The heat was broken in the theatre, that was kind of irritating, but it happens. What ticked both of us off was that as soon as the credits started to roll; in walk 3 young attendants who stand side by side looking at the people seated as if we were expected to jump up and get out. HOW FRIGGIN RUDE. I hope this isn't a new Carmike policy to run customers out who just blew over $35 to see a movie and have popcorn and a coupla drinks! If it's not policy, which I hope to God it's not, I hope someone has the courtesy to instruct the staff to wait for customers to leave the theatre when they're done and not when the staff want them out.

When we first moved here, we thought the people in charge were sort of rude. We made some suggestions, and were more or less told, "that's the way it is...deal with it." They have since incorporated these changes. It irritates me that the prices continue to go up on a regular basis, but the service and/or product size never changes! I mean....how expensive is popcorn for crying out loud?? Too many theaters out there to put up with rudeness and attitude!!

Probably one of my favorite movie thrashers I've been to.

Highland 12 is the worst movie theater I have ever been to! They are rude, smart-ellic, know-it-all people. A lady named Christina was a complete pain. I will never go to that movie theater again! I'm not pleased with them. I am a very easy-going person and it takes a lot to tick me off. For me to write this review, you don't understand how much I dislike the untrained people working there. They were completely immature when speaking with us. I would NOT recommend this theater to anyone!
