we like going to petco but any time you want something or you need help, you have to hunt someone down! .

This is the only bad review I've ever written, but others need to know so they are not mislead by the establishment.... Classes were up to par, instructors were friendly and overall experience was good until we decided to cancel our membership. It was undetermined when or if we would be returning. We advised the owner that we would call or come back when we were ready and that they should stop debiting our account for monthly tuition. After 2 months automatic debiting resumed without our consent. We made a call to the owner to see why. He advised he put the account on a 2 month hold and if we wanted to cancel we would have to provide a 30 day notice. I assumed this is what we did when we told him to stop debiting the account the first time... There was alot of miscommunication and not enough willingness to correct the situation or make things right. As a result we have decided chalk up our losses as a learning experience and warn others to get it in writing when dealing with this establishment.
