I have been going to see Karen for several years and she does an awesome job at taking the time to do a great job and making sure you are pleased with your hair before leaving her chair. If you are not satisfied she will make it right before you leave. I have went to other salons and they just don't care if your satisfied or not.

This is the best place I have found in Cookeville. Karen does awesome color, and she is always so attentive your likes and dislikes.

Had a girl put highlights on my hair after being told what I wanted was impossible. The quality of the highlights was horrible. She didn't get all the way to the scalp and it looked like junk. After finally deciding I'd say something,they scheduled me for an appointment to fix it. When I got there, a different woman who said she'd fix it herself. She asked me what I wanted. While trying to explain what I wanted, She started getting a major attitude then gave me my money back and told m me to get out of her shop. She was RUDE, MEAN, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Her name was Karen. The name of the whole should be "Karen is crazy"
