Outboard arrived DOA straight out of the box. They knowingly shipped out a defective product. They won't replace or exchange it. Very convenient of them to sell a lemon and not show responsability. The repair dealership has yet to be able to fix it. They are working with the manufacturer, since Cumberland has no interest in helping out.

Customer service is non-existent. They show a nasty attitude when you ask them for help: sarcastic, show no respect, no attempt to help, and condescending. I confirm with all the reviewers below about the gentleman with the bad attitude. He seems to have a problem with every person he speaks to on the phone. When you have a list of people who have the same issue with this retailer, you would think that they would take the necessary measures to change but that does not seem to be the case. Check out the link below. This same gentleman who works for them has serious attitude problems. Someone needs to have a talk with him before he verbally abuses more customers out there. His behavior is totally unacceptable.

There is no integrity in their business practices. I DO NOT recommend this online, small shack retailer to anybody out there looking for an outboard or parts.
