Ella Spa used to be a WONDERFUL place to go; clean and relaxing. But over the past several months it has become impossible to make an appointment. I have called MULTIPLE times with no response to voicemails left; I have emailed and received no response; and most shockingly, I FINALLY stopped BY to make an appointment and the woman behind the counter told me she was not PERMITTED to answer the phone, nor could she get into the computer to make an appointment for me. When she asked if I wanted to leave my name and number, I told her I had done that time and again to no avail. The customer service at Ella Spa has unfortunately become non-existent.
