Excellent Rental Company!

I hired Falcon Realty to manage my property while I was deployed this year. They evicted my renter for me for nonpayment and oversaw fixing up the house. After they completed that, they proceeded to put a renter in for one month. They made no effort to rent the property after she moved out and did not bother to answer my, or my agent's, request as to why we received no rent payments. Two months later they notified me that the property was 'unrentable' and that they were no longer willing to represent me. They kept the entire deposit and lease break fees from the one month renter. I had the house rented five days later by someone putting a sign in the yard. This company is lazy and dishonest - I would not reccomend their services to anyone. If this is how they treat me when I am deployed, how will they treat someone else?
