I called to ask if French's had my size work boot in men's. I'm a woman with a very large foot and I'm miserable in regular size shoes. I wear a size 10 double wide in women's so I normally buy men's because it's easier to find their wider. The woman on the phone immediately took an attitude with me told me that she had my size in women's shoes and that I didn't need to buy men's shoes. I told her I don't buy women's because I have such a large foot and I asked her if she would go look if they had size 8 and a half wide steel toes she said I have wide but you'll have to come in and look. My guess is she thought I was gay and had a problem with me buying mens. Even if i was its t her business. I was looking to pay good money for a comfortable work boot. You lost a sale people. I'm very angry at the way I was spoken to.
