Wonderful company!!! They let you know when your technician is on the way. They text you a picture of him so you know it’s him! Zach was so professional and thorough when explaining what was going on with my water heater. Great personality and an asset to Hiller. He showed me before and after pictures of his work being as he had to do the work under the house. He did a great job!!

Kurt is such an amazing plumber, super fast service and quality work... how can you beat that? He explained all my plumbing to me and even flushed my water heaters! Tester my water quality, checked my in line filter, and even inspected all of my bathrooms. I will always use Hiller and Kurt is my guy!

Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling after installing a heating & cooling system in my home Collyn Tramont came and thoroughly checked the unit and made sure it was operating properly, answered any questions explained so I could understand.

Have a Two year old Lennox unit that they installed. Had a couple of issues first year after installation they covered most of cost. Had tech come out on 5-19-18 Unit wasn’t cooling. While he was diagnosing the problem it started working. He told me he didn’t really know what the problem was but thought it could be a circuit board. So even though it was working he recommended ordering a new board and replacing it. So I said ok as long as it’s covered by the warranty go ahead and order one because there would be no cost to me (So He Led me to believe). He shows up few days later installs the board Bam $199.00 oh labors not included. When they installed it two years ago they said it had 5 years parts and labor. These guys will rip you a new one if you don’t watch them. If he had told me before he had installed it would be $199 I would have kept my old one. It seem to be working fine and he still wasn’t sure that that was the cause for it acting up in the first place. Cookeville TN HILLER

I discovered early in the morning that my furnace was not heating and called Hiller's to make an appointment and the rep was able to come within a few hours. Zack and Anthony explained in detail the situation and problems with both the furnace and air conditioner.

Your workers are very courteous, and do great work. Chris and Johnny are 2 of the best I have seen. My only issue was with your project manager. I do not want to deal with him again. Chris and Johnny are welcome here anytime.
