Provided by YP.comThis company is rude, completely unprofessional and does not value the business they have. For starters, my husband was driving by their shop on a Sunday and figured he would swing in a check out the car as he was running a few errands in the area. My keys were left in the door of my 30,000 vehicle all weekend! He was able to walk right up to the vehicle and was there for about five minutes waiting on me to return his call and decide what we should do. No one was at the location as he was able to get into the car without any difficulty. When I called the manager Matt, he did not seem surprised at all! I said "You don't seem surprised, is this common practice at your shop. I was told that they had construction going on and their construction workers were moving my car around!! REALLY? Initially, the car was supposed to be finished on Wednesday and of course it was not completed until Monday afternoon. When the receptionist called me to let me know my car was ready, she then tells me that the company does not take credit or debit cards!! It is 2015 RIGHT? Even vending machines take credit/debit cards these days!! I am a full time student with four children; my husband has a full time job, but it is still hard to maintain a family of six on one income. Needless to say, I did not have 500.00 cash that day. I had to borrow the money in order to pay Julian's, as my plan the entire time was to use my credit card. I was told there was a sign on the counter, and their receptionist tells EVERYONE that brings their cars in that they do not accept credit/debit cards or checks, yet did not even ask the receptionist if she was possibly too busy or maybe forgot to tell me that day. Of course when I got there, there was a sign (that you set on the counter and could easily be moved). Its ironic though, because the same place the sign was today when I picked up my car sat a large cup of pens the day I dropped it off. Where I would have been standing to sign the paperwork to drop off my car, I literally would have not even been able to see the receptionist through this huge sign, let alone miss it!! So, I then talked to the owner who was even more rude than his son, and exclaimed, "This car is not going anywhere until I pay the 500 IN CASH. I had such a terrible experience with this company, if my insurance company does not change the autobody shop that they guarantee work through, I will switch insurance companies. I would not take a bike to Julians if they did the work for free and gave it golden handle bars out of simple principle!
