Provided by YP.comThis LOCATION (a franchise policy, NOT a corporate policy) charges a higher price for credit/debit card users than for cash users. This practice stopped in gas stations about 10 years ago because it was bad for business. While technically LEGAL, this is a SLIMY practice the state consumer affairs frowns on, the debit card companies frown on, and more importantly---the CUSTOMERS frown on.
If you have problems with PRICE DISCRIMINATION then I suggest you buy your burgers elsewhere. The Krystal in Sparta does NOT have this policy.
