I took my baby boy, my whole world, here to be circumcised. They explained the process and took him from me. I sat in the waiting room. When they bring him to me his clothes were wet. She kindly explained that he had peed during the procedure, which I understood. However, his diaper was soaked and she tells me they didn't have a clean one so they put it back on him.. Mad? Yes. I held myself and politely ask where I could change him. She talks me they have no changing area and she "thinks" all the rooms are full and I could try to change him in the chair if I'd like, then turns around and walks away.. The receptionist was very helpful and concerned. (the only pleasant part of our visit)! And if this wasn't traumatic enough, I get home and try to change his diaper. The bandage was stuck and when I tried to get it off he began to bleed ALOT. So I immediately call the office like they told me to do. I get told that they would call me back.... It took 30 minutes or more. At which point motherly instinct already kicked in and took care of the situation. I am disgusted by the professionalism of this place! My heart is broken!
