Paid for the $11 wash with wax. It BEAT the car til it was shaking. When it was over, I still had soap all over the suburban. No free car vacation coin ever came out and there was no attendant to rectify any of this. If I had a new vehicle, I would have been livid. You WILL have damage from a wash like this.

Machine ate my $6 and didn't give me a wash. Couldn't find anyone to help me out. Definitely not going back there again.

Paint came out of washer and has ruined my car.Called several times and all I get is a fax Poor don't go there

After losing $5.00 to the automatic car wash, the maintenance guy was nice enough to move me to the other lane, and refunded my wash. As I was in the wash, the jets were BEATING my car!! After the thorough beating, and the wash was over, I got out of my car, and looked to see if there was any damage. There wasn't, but there are HUGE streaks of cleaner and nasty dried on water ALL OVER MY CAR! Will not be back there again!
