I love shopping at the Payless on Jefferson St. in Cookeville. The employees are friendly and helpful. They honestly seem to appreciate my business. I just purchased a pair of American Eagle flats a few days ago that I love. They also had a black pair I should have got them that day but didn't. I had already picked out a darling purse, hat for my granddaughter in college, so it was all adding up real fast. Also got some great nail polish, earrings and lip gloss. So today I thought I really should have got the black flats for me!! When I got off work today, I was too tired to drive over to Payless. So I called and asked if they might still have the black flats. I had the box my brown ones were in so they were able to look them up by the info I gave them on the box. They do have them and are holding them until I drive over in the morning to buy them!!! That is truly iexcellent service and proves they care about their customers.
