To that end I have created and carry four sets of inspirational cards. Affirmations cards can be a key to putting energy, focus and belief behind your choice. Friends and customers enjoy using them to start their. day. They select from one or more sets. Some individuals meditate on the card or cards selected and then watch how these messages come up during the day. The sets include "I am" affirmation, Letting Go phrases, Grieving support messages and Baby Blessing cards. These card sets can be purchased online or via phone as there is no store front. The "I am" and Letting Go card sets are also available as an app for the Android phone. The cards are small and can be carried with you in your purse, car, stuck on your monitor, and bathroom mirror. Anywhere you want to see and be reminded of all you can be.
