I love this place!! All those people that write bad review are lying!!! And I know that for sure, I took my 4 dogs there for grooming yesterday

My Dog was grooming at La Bone pet spa... This's what I found after I brought him home. A cut and bruises under his back left leg. Plus I was treated rudely! There's no accident or excuses for what happened to my dog . I have been with La Bone Pet Spa for more then a year now. For the last three times they've treated me Baydly! Like ... I asked her is that possible I can bring in my dog for haircut today? She answered me was WHATEVER". very unprofessional behavior and bad attitude. Highly do not recommend!

I have been bringing my 3 dogs (2 Yorkies and 1 Shepherd) to Chris and Le Bone for several years. They are kind and loving and do a wonderful job. When I picked up my big German Shepherd from the animal shelter, I drove him directly to Le Bone and they groomed him and picked hundred of ticks off him!! They never complained and were so gentle with him. I'm moving to Key West at the end of this month and my husband and I have already decided that when its grooming time, we will make the drive north so we can continue to use the services of La Bone Adventure.

THEY ARE OVER PRICED, $45 FOR A TRIM ON A SMALL 5 LB YORKIE. DID A HORRIBLE CUT, WAY TOO SHORT, AND DIDNT EVEN TOUCH HER FACE, THEN TOPPED HER EARS OFF BELOW THE TOP, AND FLAT!! THEN DIDNT EVEN CUT THE HAIR ON THE TOP OF HER HEAD, TO BE ABLE TO PUT A STUPID BOW IN THERE THAT SHE WOULD WEAR FOR 10 MINUTES AND NOW WILL HAVE A LONG BUNCH OF HAIR ON THE TOP OF HER HAED UNTIL THE NEXT CUT. I WENT BACK IN TO EXPRESS MY DISCONCERN AND THE GUY AT THE DESK WAS VERY RUDE. I WAS GOING TO LE THIM TOUCH THE CUT UP BUT MY DOG WAS SHAKING SO BADLY, THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS LETTING THEM TAKE MY SWEET DARLING AGAIN. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR PET A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.
