disappointed !!!

I really thought I had an honest realtor, he showed me a house that his friend was selling and I really thought it was with his good intentions, it happens it was all lies since we brought the price down I still had to give him 3% of his commission, they promised a new air conditioner and they put an old one...beware to buy with them

This is a great real estate agency to work at! Their plan is very simple and straight forward. ALL agents make 100% Commission with a very low transaction fee - no desk fees, monthly fees, annual fees, sales requirements, etc. I've worked from United for over a year and have never had an issue. You can manage your own listings and get paid at closing...works for me.
