If I could give them zero stars I would! The staff is rude as heck, only one lady was super nice to me! Props given to her.



I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and upon the cake's pick up the cake itself was falling, had cracks throughout the fondant (was even cracking down the sides), the cake looked nothing like what I had ordered, there were stains on the fondant, the top part of the cake looked like they got so tired of decorating that they were like "let me cut out a circle and throw it on there!" Want to know what they offered to do? Nothing pretty much! Options were, give me $10 back (yea because that fixes everything when I paid $100 for the cake), or $50 back but I have to leave the cake and hey no cake for my son, or they would "fix it" by putting meringue on it, not much of a fix.



My family has been buying from Vicky Bakery for years! I'm talking Hialeah before they expanded! Which btw it's where they make the cakes and ship them over. In case you were wondering! So I know how they taste and I know they make some amazing cakes. Plus I make some as a hobby (should have done his cake). Anyways after I let my mother talk to them since she paid and had dealt with the order I was given the same options but this time $20 back instead of 10, I took it and left because I was disgusted and tired of fighting. We were there for over an hour btw.



I live 10 mins away and we cut the cake an hour later, only to have the cake pretty much crumble as we cut it and the smell that was coming out of it......the taste was disgusting. I'm not gonna be rude and write the words that everyone used to describe the taste. We put the cake back in the box and threw all the pieces back in there.



Next day I took it back, I speak both english and spanish, but you are in cooper city how does it happen that not one person speaks english or understands it there!? My stepmom who went with me is so mad about that. Anyways all they could do was tell me "I don't know what we can do" "What did you do to it" Um really, you are asking me what I did to my sons cake? Yes I sabotaged it bc I wanted to go out of my way to come back and complain to you guys, really are you guys that stupid when it comes down to customer service!? Anyways she's telling me she's gonna call the owner (FYI they use that excuse for everything, "Oh I don't know the price for that cake let me call the owner, oh I don't know what we can do let me call the owner") but when you ask to talk to said owner he/she is never there or available, but didn't you just talk to them?! Anyways still waiting to hear from Fernando who is said owner....Give me a call when you aren't so busy getting calls form your employees about stupid question, you have my number and know who it is.



In the end they gave me back $35 because they said they gave me the $20 the day before.....Over it and wasn't gonna continue arguing with them. I'm so upset with everything that happened and for sure I will NEVER go back or Recommend Vicky Bakery to anyone.

I went in to let my 4 year old pick out a small cake. Got it home and it was very old and hard. Went to throw it away and saw mold!!! How could they leave items out so long and not be aware? Also, when I was initially checking out....it was close to closing time and they were rushing everyone in line.....basically reaching over patron to hand me the receipt to sign.....instead of just letting the one in line get her things. Somewhere I will never go again.....nor recommend.
