I have lived in the area for 25 years. The current owners have been there a long time. They are very helpful, go the extra mile to find a part, even if it's elsewhere, and general have the customer's interest at heart. They have even taken the time to make a part when nothing else works.There are times when you need "a hardware store," not Home Depot, and I am a very satisfied customer.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I called before heading down (30 min drive) to turn in a battery for service. When I got here, they told me I need to bring the charger too, because they can't test the battery themselves. What kind of service center can't do that?? If you can't, mention that to the customer.

Lots of friendly help. Plenty of inventory, and parking. Can usually find the odd stuff, too. Repair service for power tools & mowers. Prices are good compared to the big box stores and Ace Rewards help.
