Watch out. After over a decade of using First Choice in Oneonta, took 90+ ($133) pounds of laundry for wash and fold -- c. 20-30 lbs was my 5 yr old grandson's clothing (almost all of it replacement value - c. $1800). But when I picked up, there was a bag of child's clothing that was not ours -- and my grandsons' clothing was missing. Returned the bag not ours; staff said "Oh I guess someone took it out of the dryer by mistake." One week later, no one has returned the clothing. Have tried calling Craig, the owner, multiple times. No return phone call. My daughter went to the plant where Craig's office is located (the police told me that as the staff would not reveal Craig's where-abouts) She was not let in the front door, being told that Craig "knew about it and was busy"



Accepted the fact that the service is 50% more than in NYC -- because there is no competition -- but the lack of customer service is appalling.
