A young woman relative called me for help because she was stranded in Grand Rapids with brake problems. Her car needed rear brake rotors and pads. I called several auto repair facilities that were near her location. They were unable to schedule the repairs for several days or their labor charges were very high. Bus bee’s was able to begin the work immediately and their labor estimate was $220 lower than my highest estimate! The rear calipers also needed to be replaced, so they had to wait for them to be delivered. Despite this Bus bee completed the work the same day; AND they held to their original labor estimate! My ongoing telephone communications with them was excellent! My 5 star rating is less than deserved because they were inconvenienced by needing to wait for parts to be delivered and they installed two calipers without charge! I believe that Bus bee Auto Repair and Custom was motivated by the non-financial gains of helping my relative when they were in a position to take advantage of her.
