If you're in the Brookings area, avoid this company like the plague! Just before Thanksgiving of 2015 I started the process of having a tankless water heater installed. The unit finally got installed and hooked up in March 2016 but not without issues. The final hookup was done on a Friday, but the plumber failed to walk through the entire residence to make sure everything was working. On Saturday morning we discovered he had completely disconnected the water to the washing machine. Numerous calls to his cell phone went unanswered. When I was able to get him out here two days later, he fixed that issue but then hooked up the hoses backwards to the machine. This company just doesn't care about Brookings. They bought out another company to eliminate competition. Even though they have a Brookings phone number, it rings in Coos Bay. Even the office staff in Coos Bay was most unhelpful. They take your call then file the request in the circular file. I'm contemplating calling BBB.
