I went to see Dan Hinrichs regarding some real estate that I had inherited. Since I was out of state, I had to depend on reviews from past clients to choose a lawyer. When I had my initial visit with Daniel Hinrichs, I was impressed with his efficiency and the ease of the conversation as, for an attorney, he spoke clearly in layman's terms. I was looking at a foreclosure since the buyers had not paid their payments for years. It turned out there were 5 liens on the property. Rather than foreclose, Mr. Hinrichs suggested we tackle each lien individually. In the end the whole proceeding ended up costing me 20% of what it would have costed to foreclose and much less time. With a little footwork on my part, each lien holder signed off. As Daniel Hinrichs took care of the legal paperwork, I was updated monthly with hours put into the case and the bill. Overall, it was a very fair and professionally completed experience. Thank you, Mr. Hinrichs and staff!
