Englewood Market in Coos Bay, Oregon has one disabled parking space with only a faint painted sign on the concrete, always dirty or wet. Either the customers don't see the 'sign' or they just ignore it. Instead of a visible disabled parking sign hanging on the building next to the disabled parking space so not to be missed, they have a high school 'Go Pirates' sign there instead. In just a 5 hour span, I got pictures of 5 different offenders parking directly over the handicap sign.
